Info about our Slides:

Rental Requirements:

  • We happily serve the Northwest DFW area. Serving the Denton, Sanger, Prosper, Little Elm area. (within approx. 30 minutes of Aubrey, TX - message us below if you are not sure).

  • Ground area needed - each inflatable is a different size, so specific details are listed in the description of each inflatable. Click the "Book It" tab.

  • Flat, level, preferably grassy area because it's a softer landing (more equipment may be needed for other areas). There is an extra charge if sandbags and padding are needed for a hard surface set up such as concrete, driveways, or rocky ground where metal stakes are not an option.

  • Electric and water hookups - we bring a 100 ft hose and a 100 ft extension cord. Please let us know if you need something longer.

  • We arrive about 30 minutes before your appointment time to set up, so you should pick the start time for when you want to be ready to use the slide. We return after your appointment time is over to take down the slide and normally take about 30 minutes.

Frequent Questions: 

  • What are your prices/availability? Prices and availability can change with seasons, and we do plan to update inflatables options in the future. So Please click on the "Book It" tab at the top of the page for current information.

  • How do you clean/sanitize the slides?  At your house, we quickly pack up the inflatable and bring it back to home base.  Then we reinflate it, wash it down, and spray with a mild disinfectant, rinse, then allow to air dry in the sun for more natural disinfectant measures.

  • How big are your slides? As you are planning which inflatable you wish to rent, it is very important to keep in mind things like ground space available, height restrictions due to trees or power lines, as well as how wide the gate is to your yard. Each inflatable option is a different size, and you can find specific size information in the "Book It" tab with the description of each inflatable. â€‹â€‹ Message us below if you have questions about your space.

  • Who can ride the slide? We have many options for all ages kid to adult! Each inflatable option is a different size, and you can find specific rider size limits in the "Book It" tab with the description of each inflatable.

  • Where will you set up the inflatable? When we arrive you will show us where to set up. You can also add notes into your reservation to explain where to go. We will need flat, level, preferably grassy area (more equipment may be needed for other areas). When possible, we will also put a tarp over the grassy area between the exit and entrance to cut down on the amount of grass and dirt coming into the inflatable.

    • If you rent a water slide, keep in mind that water will spill out as the kids slide and get in and out, so find a location that you don't mind having standing water. The water can be turned off when the slide is not in use. We do not recommend shutting off the blower to deflate until we come to take it down because all the water in the splash pool will spill out and drain.

  • What do I (customer) need to provide? The area for set up (see slide descriptions on the Book It page for specific measurements), water and electric hook up, and your party people! We will bring the slide and all equipment, a 100 ft extension cord, and a 100 ft water hose. If we need longer hoses or cords, padding and sandbags for a hard surface, please let us know. There may be an extra fee.

  • When will you come to set up/take down? We will arrive about 30 minutes before your appointment to set up. We will return after your appointment end time (same day) to drain it, take it down, and pack up. So, you should pick the start time for when you want to be ready to use the slide.

  • Things to consider when choosing a time slot:

    • Would you like us to set up the inflatable well before the party so your own kids can play and be occupied while you get ready for the party?....

    • Does your time slot end after dark? Will you be using it after dark? You may want to adjust your start time so that you are not paying for unused time.

    • Pick you start time for when you want to be ready to use it.  We arrive 30 minutes before that to make sure it's set up on time.

  • How do I reserve an inflatable? Please click on the "Book It" tab at the top of the page to see the available times and pricing for the inflatables as well as all information you may need to know about the inflatable you choose. You will be given prompts to enter your information and options to pay in person or online.

  • How do I pay? When you set up your appointment time, it will give you the option to pay online or in person. We accept credit/debit, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and cash. No checks please.
